When an individual enters a state of mind in which only pure bullshit is spoken. During this period of time it becomes virtually impossible to take the person seriously in the slightest. It is advised when an individual enters Dennis mode that all witnesses are to hurl abuse at him/her.

May refer to a person's inability to finish a difficult task, or lack of confidence in this person to see it through to the end.
