Somebody who makes up words & terminologies (particularly crude words) for Urban Dictionary.

Typically school-aged drop-kicks, somebody who goes onto Urban Librarian to make up garbage words for the fun of it.

I see that our resident Urban Librarian is at work again.

friend: oh heck yes Dewey The Library cat. a true story that made me cry
Me: haha I won't cry
