A dress code that basically implies that you would dress nice, but not too nice as if to be obvious that you were trying, for a party or social event. Like when you are dressing to impress your crush at a party because you know they will be there, but you don’t want to be super super fancy. Basically a more succinct way of saying: casual but with a little extra oomph!
