dood

I think Stevie Smith is the originator of this word so we should ask her for the definition (well, we should have asked prior to 1971). It has been suggested that the word is an amalgam of the words 'dead' and 'good.' If the word is a synthesis of these two concepts then 'dood' is a word of meta-reality as it brings in both states of being

dooderface

A nonsense word. It allows you to call your friends names without being particularly offensive and causes them to wonder to the meaning.

Note: I have been using this word for years and when one friend informed me they hated the word, I looked it up on UrbanDictionary.com and found no definition. After reading the word defined later I felt I needed to put my definition up as well.
