Birth Control

Birth Control is the control of the Day of Birth of a child in order to get an intended Earthly effect.
The Earth will program the DNA depending on the day of birth. Deciding and ensuring which day that will be, other than the due date, is called Birth Control.
Each day nearest birth is one of 20 different types, also tones 1-13.

Although we know the James is due on March 3rd, we had him on the Feb 27th, because the best result would be for us to control the birth event date verses it happening when it happens. Our birth control also included possibly delaying James arrival 4 days.

controller's controller

A financial or corporate controller who is so anal about every fine detail of accounting whether for their publicly traded company or their own grocery shopping list.

That guy is surely a controller's controller... He told the board about an accounting error made back in 2015 during the 2020 board meeting. He also is known to triple check his grocery receipt and cannot go one mile over 3,000 without an oil change. That guy is a controller's controller!

Animal control

The news tells you less animals are being surrendered during the pandemic. They weren't being surrendered before the pandemic, people are just home now to keep animal control from taking them from where they live.

If you weren't home at the time, the girl would call animal control to get your pet taken from you, the difference during the pandemic is that people are home that keep that from happening now. Try telling the people who lost their pets it's a morale boost to anyone to have their pets at a shelter somewhere.
