This term got heavily popularised and joked about by the Japanese VTuber company: Hololive. The term refers to big breasts. And there are memes about boing boing and pettan and usually they’re making fun of a former Hololive VTuber Uriah Rushia because she is flat unlike most of the other members.

A rare disease only contracted by Boeing whistleblowers which cause a myriad of symptoms including an extreme urge to commit suicide, as well as contracting other diseases. These symptoms usually lead to the subsequent death of the victim.
