A phrase when someone, or something completely bottles it (when you are certain to win something but blow it in the last push). Referred to Arsenal because they bottled the Premier League in the 2022/23 season.

Friend 1. Can you believe Bottleham Shitspur bottled Europe?
Friend 2. Yes, they always start strong and go on to have pulled an Arsenal and bottle it.
