In the old days there was an expression: whatever tickles your fancy - which meant whatever you want to do. Nowadays when people are more sexually overt, whatever tickles your pickle means whatever sexually stimulates you. You can use your own imagination as to the reference intended with each of the words.

This time we're taking it to a more straight-forward method with "whatever vibrates you to an Orgasm"usually heard it in a sarcastic tone
Girl: I got my license guess who will be driving soon?
Guy: Haha, I would never get in the car with you
Girl: Why?! Im a good driver
Guy: Yeah, whatever vibrates you to an orgasm

Non-applicable "you too"

Saying "you too" as a response to someone when this is completely non applicable to them.
Example of a non-applicable "you too"

Waitress: Here you go, enjoy your meal!

Me: Thanks, you too!

Waitress: ...What?
