A pasty pal is the accumulation of a minimum of 8hrs of ass-sweat mixed with a failed “quick wipe” after a hurried poop.

I had to get this jog in right after I crapped on the toilet. Now I gotta shower and get rid of this pasty pal.

In that Post butt clarity, I looked down at my phone and I had been sitting for my entire lunch break.
