Clueless speak for sporadic facial hair often grown by teenage boys. So named because it looks like pubic hair of the face. Used to refer to the types who can't grow proper beards, and instead get tufts of hair which they try to arrange artistically.

Puberific

When something is so bad it is awesome. Generally it is used to describe something embarrassing about one's self, but they are surprisingly proud of it.
