Used in a sentence where you are secretly trying to make fun of someone's word choice.
Ex:

The opposite of "yuh" (yeah, yep, yes). So the negated form of "yuh" is "nuh", which is theoretically how Ariana Grande would say "no" in her songs, instead of the affirmed, "yuh", she would say "nuh".
