The period in a extremely hot ladies life when her looks fade to the point where they no long cover up for the crazy, boring or childlike world view continually emanating from her mouth. Symptoms usually manifest themselves in the late 40s to early 50s and causes episodes of confusion, anger, and railing against the establish chauvinistic patriarchy that ironically was the source of her power, prior to the condition onset.

That 43 year old actress has really gone from 0 to crazy in just a few years, I think she is going through mennowpause.

Memopause

Memory issues such as brain fog and short term memory loss as a symptom directly related to the physiological changes a (middle aged) woman goes through at a time called menopause (cessation of menses).

Middle aged woman: "Since I've been peri-menopausal I've noticed I'm often forgetting basic things like where I left my glasses or where my car is in the shopping centre carpark".
Older middle aged woman: "aah, you're talking about (the) memopause, generally it subsides after menopause".
