A person who jumps from lane to lane at a store such as Wal-Mart, thinking that each time they find a new lane, they will save time.

Did you see that lane jockey fly by us? Yeah I did, she jumped about six lanes before she was finally satisfied!

An individual who uses their creepiness to encroach greatly on others personal space. Someone who continues to try and interact with you when you have repeatedly shut them down.
That stranger on the bus who moves to sit beside you after you get on, that breathes super heavy.

That girl I hooked up with won't stop messaging me. And now, she's at the front door. What a creep jockey!
That guy moved to sit beside me on the bus. He mumbled and smelled awful, what a creep jockey!

desk jockey

US Military term (ca. 1960s-1990s) used by "line" types (fleet, aviation crew & flightline, special forces, infantry) to refer with contempt to HQ and staff (non-operations) personnel, especially bureaucratic types who push petty regulations as a way to harrass others. Also used as mildly derisive term by aviation types to refer to crewmembers temporarily removed from flying and assigned "desk" (non-flying) duties for administrative or disciplinary purposes.

What asswipe desk jockey came up with the idea of prohibiting bags (flightsuits) and cammies in the NCO Club for lunch? Guess those clerks didn't want all those grubby SOBs who work for a living spoiling the view...
