Russian Brunette 

Several people sits around a table with a bowl of brown M&M's. Each participant takes one of the M&M's and place it in his or hers ass and removing it again. Then they all place them back in the bowl and mix the content. Eventually someone gets unlucky.

Blondes have been taught to grudgingly yield to brunette advice, as they are percieved as the 'smarter ones', but the Brunette Nazi usually has a mean spirited agenda of manipulation and/or hatred for all parties involved.
