Dreamy uses this phrase when he jerks off and is about to cum. The phrase also has alternames names such as "Ambadeblou". The phrase is usually referring to something that seems "sus" with a supposed innocent meaning such as the trend of taking the original video and adding a heading with a sad title, to make the video seem innocent until you actually realize, making it a form of shock humour. There are two ways to describe it, the first being something clearly sexual, something like "Thats what she said". The second being along the lines of relating to the original memes.
