In an effort to save time and consume drugs at a breakneck speed the two decide to burn through the bowl, never letting taking dope crystalized. One of them suggests holding their hits in also to maximize the intake. After ward's legend has it that later on that night they were explaining the new way they were smoking speed.some one in the room said they wanted to try it. During which they fell in the middle of the game, from lack of oxygen or over fulfillment of feelin good, as the person hit the ground they started flopping around like fish. From that point forward people in the western states of America have referred to smoking a bowl of speed quickly as a game of fish
Two people, one pipe. The rules are simple. While standing face to face, using a bubbler, player one takes a hit and passes the pipe to player two, while player two is taking there hit player one must hold his hit in. Once the pipe is passed back to player one he may exhale, BUT his next breath in must be a hit. This goes on until someone gives up or flops to the ground like FISH
