It describes male ejaculate. Similar terms are:

Fluid Motion

A term to describe when an action is done rather well.
The action is usually done without thought and thus being expressed from the heart.
It is most commonly used when describing the movement of a dancer or sportsman. Hence the "fluid" expression.

Look at that small brummie dance, that is true fluid motion.

The curler releases the stone with fluid motion.
