Tapanga

A girl from your youth who was cute. You don't see her for years, but when she resurfaces, she is really fat. Alternately, the term can also be used for a cute girl from your past who gets really fat, but then loses the weight.

The etymology of this term stems from its use as a character name on the popular sitcom "Boy Meets World". The aforementioned Tapanga was played by actress Danielle Fishel who gained a large amount of weight after the show ended.

Wow, I haven't seen Natalie since high school, but she really went full Tapanga on us.

A person addicted to email, myspace, online forums, blogs etc., whom is constantly and annoyingly tap-tap tapping or typing out letters and words voraciously on their keyboards. A emailaholic. The word Tapajawea is a spoof on the name Saqajawea. Only because it rhymes.

"No, thats not rain... its only Tapajawea online answering his emails again." Or, "Tapajawea, please turn the computer off and stop that insessant tapping on the keyboard!" "No, Dr. I didn't bite my nails to the bone, I Tapajawea'd them off while blogging all night" You get the idea!

really smart and pretty. she has a great smile and a great personality. everyone knows her name but she isn't popular. she has the most littest friends and can be really dumb at some times. her worst subjects are math. she can be lazy but can turn out to be athletic. you don't want to mess with her because she is really moody. she acts like she doesn't care but inside she is crying. she is most likely going to be depressed if you are close to her because of her personal life. if you ever meet a tapasiya say hi because she had been through a lot!
