Unwanted or forced sex nobody when someone says no they mean no if the person says yes but is under 18 it's still rape so if they say no or are under 18 then no sex it's against the law

Rape

Rape is when a person has sex with someone else without them saying it’s okay. Not only is it a terrible crime which deserves the highest punishment, but it’s a horrible event that can traumatize the victim for years. This can lead to drugs and drinking to try to get rid of the memory, and it can lead to suicidal feelings. It is never the victim’s fault, it is ALWAYS the rapist’s fault. Unlike most of the fucking no sense shit posted here, I actually have the definition of "rape". It's mostly a thing that happens to girls, when they are forced to have sexual intercourse with mostly a man/woman who they don't know. This can include stripping , fingering, or vigorously taking clothing off of someone. This is very different to willful sexual intercourse.

I literally just saw someone being raped at my friend's birthday party.
