Masculinists are usually cis-gendered, however, but do hold a global diverse following of males of all ages, races, nationalities, sexualities, etc.
This is not to be confused with masculism: the movement which seeks to bring awareness to the issues facing men & boys within the gender outside it (systemically, socially, & spiritually) as well as focusing on the various achievements made by men & boys throughout world history.
