Manjamas have several meanings:
1. Cotton or flannel plad drawstring or elastic waistband pants that men wear to bed or when just chilling around the house. Usually they have an opening in the front with a single button or a drawstring.
2. If a man sleeps naked, this is sometimes referred to as wearing manjamas.
3. If you tell your young son to go put his pajamas on, to make him feel more like a big boy you might call them manjamas.

Compared to minimalism, manimalism is often described as "sad" because it is a sideproduct of one not caring about their surroundings and thus isn't concerned with appearances or finding beauty in things at all. For example a manimalistic interior has no identity, no style, and every object in it is chosen solely for its function. For example a manimalist who goes to a regular day job and does boxing in their spare time only needs a boxing bag and a bed to fuction. Everything else is non-essential and should be given as little thought as possible.
