A person whose movements resemble the bumbling of a daddy longlegs/cranefly, uncoordinated and directionless. Usually someone who is mentally ill prepared to be in any social situation or just out in public generally.

They also have rather odd, jerky head movements that assume they are struggling with basic concentration
