Pronounced like hippie

A person who has much potential in certain areas, such as sports or school. Usually used with tennis or soccer, but also used with just about anything cool. Usually can also include being good with girls, or other awesome skills outside of academics.

Can also be a nickname for someone with these attributes.

Person 1: That guy's not very good, is he?

Person 2: He's a hippe. He'll do fine.
