40 year old dads who play battlefield on 60 inch costco TVs and a console their wife gifted them for Christmas. Long-time fans of the Battlefield video game franchise (usually guys who played early titles like 1942) who are now older men with families, busy schedules, etc. They are often resistant to new releases straying too far from the classic franchise formula, and get made fun of by younger fans because of this.
