bigot

The actual definition from Merriam-Webster Online is "a person who is obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices; especially : one who regards or treats the members of a group (as a racial or ethnic group) with hatred and intolerance". This means if a person has no tolerance for beliefs other than their own. However, in the modern day, bigot is used to refer to those who oppose social liberal agendas, but especially those who oppose gay marriage and/or think same-sex intercourse/sexual acts are immoral and should not be practiced. Also used to refer to Christians.

Rational Person: I think that Al Qada could qualify as bigots. They killed 3,000 American civilians and the World Trade Center because we don't conform to their beliefs.

Liberal: What!? You don't approve of gay marriage. You are obviously a bigot and oppose it for no reason other than hate for gay people.

A slur towards the straight community (usually straight white males) usually used by LGBTQ individuals when they disagree on something.

bigot

A very narrow-minded person. Bigots can come from a variety of backgrounds. Their level of formal education can range from none at all to perpetual student. They may or may not be affiliated with a religion. One thing bigots share is an undying devotion to their own ideologies and assumptions.

bigot

An incredibly racist term for white people, on par with the n word. This became a racist term both because of the long dark history that comes with the word most often associated with white people, as well as the need of an offensive term for white people more offensive than cracker and honkie.

White guy #1: Sup my bigot!

also known as Muscle dysmorphia, and it's a classified mental illnessmuch like anorexia. Being muscular to the Bigorexic is what being thin is to an anorexic.
