A living thing, notably an animal or person, who supposedly thinks about doing something from others’ perspectives
Within the last year, the only two people who wore purple shirts died from the tiger. A third person wearing purple came, and that tiger definitely soquacious. (inference that person will die too)

A word describing someone who is very talkative, and is also used as a synonym for fluent. Mike Doughty uses it ironically in his 2009 song "Pleasure On Credit".
