Derived from the word Smoko, meaning a break from work usually to eat something or have a coffee and a cigarette. Smooko involves taking a break to have sex with a partner or self stimulation.

Smooboo(s) are very special, long lost creatures who reconnected in Irvine California after spending roughly 19 years apart.
