Derived from the word noob norb is an inexperienced or new player of the on-line games hosted at FunOrb. FunOrb is made by Jagex who also make the successful mmorpg RuneScape where the original term noob is widely used.

He's not on any of the high scores list yet - I guess he's a bit of a norb.
