The driver of a motor vehicle who drives with fog lights on needlessly or otherwise unlawfully, either:

1. Anytime of the day or night where weather conditions do not require the use of fog lights, or
2. During the night, in lieu of normal headlights because it makes them look "cool".

Look at this fogwit - It's the middle of a bright sunny day and he has his fog lights on!

Any person who carries a backpack with them at all times. Even when showering, masterbating, eating or just hanging a shit.

They travel in packs like wolves. Also, women and men alike die to be with them because they're so cool with their sunglasses.
