This is not actually a new definition. The "there" in your definition needs to be "their" and could we please have the tech be of indeterminant gender so that it reads "His/her only response..." or "The tech's only response...?"
Otherwise, it's a valuable new word and definition.

Barbussy

Refers to what “Chris-Chan” got that would ultimately land him in jail for incest. The word is a portmaneau of Chris’s 80 year old mother Barbara Weston Chandler and the slang word for a vagina, “pussy”. This term was coined at the height of the controversy around July 30-August 1.
