1. - A phrase meaning lets go, lets do it. Lets fuckin get to it.

2. - To take something working correctly and fuck it up.

3. - The act of text messaging someone in the hopes of having a sexual encounter with them later; initially casual, transitioning into highly suggestive and even sexually explicit pictures and/or video involving the use of one's index finger and asshole.

Examples:

1. It's time to stick a russell. Woot Woot!!

2. The stereo sounded great until Patrick decided to stick a russell. Now Patrick must die!

When a friend tells you to get on an online service such as Xbox or PC, but when you get on, your friend is playing with someone else on a different game not predetermined or a game you do not have, or they simply "dont feel like it anymore". This is especially effective when you are in the middle of something and the person being a Russell interrupts your task.
