A Rych is a person who's may be very charismatic, witty and, seemingly virtuous while somehow coming off as a cold and callous douchebag depending on how close you are and what your relationship is.
A Rych is usually very caring and perceptive of those around him; especially those he cares about who he/she will pay extra attention to.
Though a Rych may be virtuous at heart they usually exhibit feelings of grandeur and narcissism, and even self-serving which explains the differing perception of others.

The basic tri-ryche can be found on there 1986 release of, Rage for Order. Through the years the tri-ryche has taken on different forms, but to die hard Queensryche fans the 80's version is the original template.
