Shortened: OTF. Slang. Off the shits can equally mean to be inebriated and absolutely mcfuckin' diggin' it AS WELL AS being used to describe something that is totally fuckin' swaggy sicknasty radical fun, my goddamn dude.

Substances: "Oh, fuck, I'm off the shits."
A Good Ole' Time: "Holy goddamn spaceballs this video of a raccoon crawling down a drainpipe is so off the shits, man, I gotta send it to my mom."

Off the shits

When you recently recover from rocket thrusting diarrhea, barely having your asshole intact (almost needing rectal replacement therapy), acting like it wasn't that big of a deal in the first place.. Very common to incorrectly use this phrase to describe a mild drinking session but exaggerating it like was the most you've drank in your life.

Romero: You trying to go out tn?
Dominic: Hell yes! I was off the shits last night.. Let's do it again. I'll be oFf tHe sHiTs AgAiN

Used to describe something good. It is similar to saying something is "off the hook."
