This can be achieved through softmaxxing, for instance taking care of one's skin and hair, or through hardmaxxing, which typically involves getting dangerous facial surgery such as bimaxillary osteotomy, canthoplasty, orbital box osteotomy and jaw implants. Softmaxxing is an almost guaranteed to improve one's looks and is cheap, hardmaxxing tends to produce uncanny results and can make one look worse, and are more dangerous and expensive.
