The time you're very exited about any kind of specific weather, mostly snow or rain etc.
usually the weather will cancel any sort of activity you would kill yourself to go to.Usually at a family picnic or a boring meeting. exitment

fobmaster

a. a fob in a position of authority
b. a fob who is significantly fobbier than other fobs, therefore has been promoted to a master of fobs

In order to be a fobmaster the fob must:
- a fob who is balding, or
- a fob who has power over another person, or (fob or not)
- or fob who has white hair, or
- a fob who is older than 40

If your landlord or professor is a fob, then he is a fobmaster.
