a community in north central san diego. the north side is ghetto and has madison high school, ray kroc middle, and lots of taco shops. the south side is average and has clairemont high, horizon high, and lots of elementary schools. the middle is nothing but neighborhoods.
borders pacific beach on the west, university city on the north, kearny mesa to the east, and linda vista to the south.

clairemont is a nice place to live.

clairemont 

A large community in San Diego. Where it borders UC it is pretty run down and not that nice, tonsss of tagging and little studio apartments, and those kind of ghetto ass clusters of stores selling shit like tacky fake-Chanel necklaces and hooker dresses. Then as you get into the center of Clairemont it is actually nothing, jus neighborhoods with the occasional little strip mall type thing with some 99 cent stores and a subway, and maybe a rite aid. some of the houses in the middle are actually pretty expensive. As you get east it turns ghetto again...

My brothers case got thrown out when the cop got busted for fabricating evidence, that's so Claremont.

Claremont McKenna

An extremely selective and prestigious liberal arts college in southern California. It is the thirteenth most selective college/ university in America. It has a 13% acceptance rate and is ranked 8th best liberal arts school in the nation. The students are stereotypically white, rich, smart, ambitious and many are athletic. The school's emphasis on leadership attracts proactive, pragmatic and well-spoken students. CMC's small size and relatively new creation makes it less well known than comparable schools. However, those who pay attention to collegiate rankings will know it.
