Cowtowning, cowtowing 

It is the improper spelling / word for Kowtowing, which means to touch the forehead to the ground while kneeling, as an act of worship, reverence, apology, etc., especially in former Chinese custom. AKA: to kiss someone's ass or to be submissive.
Her boyfriend is a jerk. They broke up because he cheated, but she's already back cowtowning, cowtowing to him trying to get him to take her back.

Cowtown was a nickname given to Calgary, Alberta because it is one of Canada's largest beef-cattle producers. It's also a city full of good ol' fashioned cowboys.
Torontonian 1: "Man, I'd love to go to Calgary this summer for The Stampede"

Torontonian 2: "Ugh. You want to go to Cowtown?"

Cowtown Corn Chowder

Usually the result of an evening of hard drinking followed by some late-night din-din. Followed by a violent comeback of the aforementioned din-din. In July this is also known as Stampede Stew.
Cowboy #1: Howdy pardner! Hey, did you go out to the honkytonk again last night without telling me?
Cowboy #2: Why would you say that?
Cowboy #1: Well, how would you explain the Cowtown Corn Chowder in the outhouse this morning?
Cowtown is a town that has farms in/nearby it. With cows on them.

(koz-moh-ing) verb. the act of leveling or cutting down grass with a mowing machine while consuming a cocktail made of vodka, Tripple Sec and cranberry juice.
Martin will be late for the picnic. He will arrive after he is finished cosmowing.
