Most noted for it's ability to stay non-recorded in almost every way, the only traces of it is to find a member or an ex-member. It also boasts a wide variety of nation-like traits such as it's economy and it's military system. rumors of the ArcanianState can include ideas that there aren't really two top leaders, or that the real leader is a United States senator.
