The inevitable point one reaches after having been awake for 3+(+++....) nights while using crystal meth to remain conscious. Consists of erratic and spontaneous, mostly involuntary movements that combine to form, basically, the silliest goddamn most doffus-ass dance you've ever set eyes upon that follows the looping rhythm that beats on (and on, and on...) inside the heart and soul of whatever gacked out mother fucker happens to be in question.

Twistaflexing 

The over exaggeration of every movement of the body from someone high on methamphetamines. The user will twist and flex and bend their body in unusual and unnatural ways with every body movement. This typically happens when the user has been awake with no sleep for way to long. Methamphetamines does not effect every person that uses in this way.

Look at the way that tweaker is walking, he's a twistaflexing professional.
