Tirebait

A type of ragebait mainly intended to annoy people by tiring them out, for example by repetition. Sometimes also used to refer to failed ragebait attempts.

Person 1: I wish my best friend would stop trying to anger me by sending me the same AI generated pizza skunk over and over again.

Person 2: Just ignore it, don't let him tirebait you.
