stay sigma 

A phrase commonly used by the gymcel, incel, and gigachad. Because a Sigma Male is equal to an Alpha Male, and the Sigma sits outside the socio sexual hierarchy, he is free from the relationships and burdens that come from being the top of the pack. It is for this reason that fellow Sigma Males will use, "Stay Sigma" as a greeting, compliment, etc.

Sigma: "I'm tired of this party, I'm leaving."
Chad: *salutes*
Sigma: "Stay Sigma Chad, Stay Sigma"
