a "disease" that individuals get, both males and females, as a result of sucking too much dick. Many refer to this as tonsillitis, and has those type of symptoms to include swelling and soreness of the throat and tonsils.

A: Whats wrong with Kara?
K: She woke up with a sore throat this a.m., she thinks its tonsillitus.
A: What did she do last night? smoke too many ciggarettes?
K: I don't know. But i do know that she had gave Nick a blow job. Its like the 3rd straight night!!!
A: Thats not tonsillitis, thats a case of shock mouth!

Very, very angry, and probably about to strangle you. It refers to Star Trek's character Mr. Spock, who can be a very pissed off alien if somebody dares mention his human mother, and therefore provokes an emotional reaction in him. It is not, under any circumstances, an advisable move.
