Rammage 

A crazy young man that will do absolutely anything for a laugh. Often known as 'Rambo' for his death defying acts.
Once amazed onlookers when he proceeded to act out, an act of God, by walking on water!
Shortly there after followed by a belly flop!
Smokes far too much weed, and eats ecstasy pills for breakfast! Double helpings.
Will whisper sweet nothings in your ear... and YES... it WILL make you go weak in the knees.

rammaging 

A word used to convey a sense of moving forward in a somewhat chaotic or forceful manner. The word "rammaging" is a blend of the word rummaging ( which means searching through something in a hurried or disorganized way) and rampaging ( which implies moving destructively or violently through and area)

So, "rammaging on through" could be interpreted as someone or something pushing forward with a combination of determination and disorder, perhaps in a way that's a bit rough or aggressive, without much concern for obstacles or orderliness.

The problem isn't solved yet but we are rammaging it through.
