Poe's Paradox

In any fundamentalist group where Poe's Law applies, a paradox exists where any new idea (or person) sufficiently fundamentalist to be accepted by the group is likely to be so ridiculous that it risks being rejected as a parody (or parodist).
Conservapedia: "Reasonable Explanations for Atheism - Moral depravity, ... poor relationship with father, ... scientism."

New Conservative member (who honestly believes this): "They could also be demons sent by Satan to try to convert our children so they'll go to hell."

Conservapedia: "You're not funny. Parodies have no place here."

Atheist member: "HAH! Poe's Paradox!"

Tunger's Paradox

Whether the day preceding an async day that is not a thursday is considered a fake friday or not
neither tuesday nor wednesday are thursday or friday
but wednesday will be async
and tuesday will be last day she will talk to us
does this mean that tuesday is fake friday?
Damn, this is a real Tunger's Paradox

Anakin’s Paradox

When the action of one’s doing to prevent something ends up being the catalyst for its occurrence. For example, if I set out to save a fish, and my attempt to save the fish ends up getting the fish killed, then this is Anakin’s Paradox.
Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith really showcases Anakin’s Paradox.

Liar's Paradox

The paradox that is created when someone tells you that he or she is a liar. If he IS a liar and tells you that he is a liar, then he is telling the truth and can't be a liar. If he is NOT a liar, but tells you that he is a liar, then he is telling you a lie, so he must be a liar.
"Hey George! Don't believe a word I say!"
"Man, that's fucked up big time. If I believe what you are saying now, it means I must not believe you, and if I don't believe you, it means I have to believe you! It's the Liar's Paradox!"

Orphan's Paradox

A child who's raised without nurturing love will behave aggressively towards others to the point of pushing away those who could give love to that child, thereby keeping the child in an unloving environment.
As an orphan I acted out because I wanted a family. No family would adopt me because I acted out. I was trapped in the orphan's paradox.

spammer's paradox

Spamming itself may be defined as the abuse of electronic messaging systems, cybernetic or otherwise (including junk faxing, for example), for the purpose of sending unsolicited bulk messages. In order for spamming to succeed, a disproportionately large quantity must be delivered successfully to its recipients, or there will be an insignificant return. Unfortunately for the spammer, it is exactly that large quantity that renders any individual piece of spam less effective: the moment a large enough number of the same piece of spam is sent, the message becomes identifiable as spam by anti-spamware, forcing the spammer to start from scratch with a new spam tactic. This is the so-called "spammer's paradox".
Good example: the mass E-mailing of online pharmacy advertising created a spammer's paradox in many large corporations because it only took two instances of the same spam reported to their IT departments for the spamblocker immediately to delete the rest.
