term used to describe a woman who chooses not to shave her nether regions, thereby making her bush look like JJ Walkers' fro from the 1970's sitcom Good Times

Mike: Did you bang Judy last night?
Timmy: No way man. We were getting into it, she took off her panties and her bush looked like the top of Jimmy JJ Walker's head.
