Cankles of the knees. Phenomenon wherein a persons thighs overflow draping over or encasing the knee region.

I was at the Golden Corral trying to eat my pot roast but I was too mesmerized by the lady across from me in a Def Leppard concert T and jorts that showcased her heaving knankles.
