This condition describes a host of symptoms normally experienced the day after a large intake of alcohol. Symptoms include: headache, dry mouth and general sluggishness. There is no known vaccine although avoiding bars and parties is thought to help.
There is also no known cure, however, consuming alcohol at the onset of the symptoms is proving successful in clinical trials. The FDA has yet to approve this treatment as it has resulted in alcoholism in some cases.

someone that Is blissfully wilfully Ignorant that will do No research of critical Issues that they should know about and continue to believe and spread lies because themselves may be evil and will Not help do anything about It.

Metaphorically someone that Is Intoxicated on fluoride that causes them to continue to believe all the lies of evil people that told them that fluoride Is good for them because themselves may be evil and will Not help do anything about It.

fluff head 

Someone who is overly impressed with trivialities, pop culture, fads. Probably isn't capable of looking beyond the obvious or of thinking about anything of consequence other than hair styles, cosmetics, clothes, and how to create an impression on other fluff heads.

She's a real fluff head. She spends several hours polishing her nails, doing her hair, and looking in the mirror.
