When doing a chick doggy-style and you are too drunk to find the hole, you use your thumb as a marker. Put your thumb in the hole that you want to go into and use it as a guide for your penis. Also works well in the dark.

A torture device of many forms and shapes. The main purpose it serves is to inflict slow and excrutiating pain to the fingers or toes of a victim.
