An explantion that occurs via text. Negative connotation referring to something that is simply too long to drag out via text message and is usally better explained via some other medium (email, chat, voice, etc.)
When someone writes a comment on Facebook or Twitter that shocks everyone, but you know they are not going to spill the details so you just simply write the word
A term used for either clarifying, or further bungling your previous text to someone.
Often used to clarify typos, inadvertent texts you intended to send to someone else, or for apologizing for previous day's drunk-texting episode. For typos, an asterisk is usually indicated to fix one word (*example) For other purposes, endless rambling can ensue.
Textplination at it's finest: "Hey reverend, sorry about inviting you bar hopping lol, see you at church Sunday :)"
