The action of going into a Subway sandwich shop, and asking the artist to sprinkle parmesan cheese from up high, therefore creating the illusion of making it snow.
David: "Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, salt and pepper, and can you MAKE IT SNOW ? Put it up high!"

Jayce: "Nobody leaves my subway without getting SNOWED on"

Chumby: "Everytime I go to subway I'm always MAKING IT SNOW"
